Utah has more plastic surgeons per capita than nearly any other state, and Salt Lake City routinely tops national lists for cosmetic-surgery interest. That abundance is good for patients and bad for deciding: every practice claims to be the best, and review sites are noise.

Specialists, not generalists

Utah Facial Surgeons exists to answer one question well: for the procedure you actually want, which Utah surgeons are the true specialists? We list only face-and-neck surgeons with facial plastic surgery board certification or equivalent fellowship training, rank them procedure by procedure, and explain our reasoning in plain language.

02 · Readers

Humans, search engines and machines

The site is built so that people, search engines and AI assistants all read the same facts. Every ranking is also published as structured data and in a plain-text llms.txt file, and our Guide answers questions from that same source.

We are not affiliated with any hospital or practice and we are not a medical provider. Read how we rank for criteria and disclosures.
